Breakouts easy sharing and most important and unique is you can record audio

Using device outside of cisco ecosystem can lead to limited control and functionality

Must use for daily important meetings and lecture for studying professional as they can record audio and use it later

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

We using the WebEx for remote session around 7 years and observed smooth remote support. No lagging was observed. But in other remote support application we faced more issues like lagging or not supporting for specific os. But here it's very useful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing the remote support with providing the controls automatically to every one or providing controls to specific users. In addition with his taking audit for governance who joined the session is very easy to export with detailed reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Remote session through browser versions are little lagging but using WebEx agent it's provides seemless experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are using the applications for long time since it's supporting very well for big organisation.

High quality video and audio even in low band width is amazing and integration with cisco hardware infrastructure is seamless

Meeting Summaries - This feature provides comprehensive summary of meeting and helps to keep meeting engaging and ensures no key points are missed

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complex User Interface

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are a lot of features and interface is a bit complex, try to take proper training of the tool before using it. Also, if your firm is big enough then also explore Cisco hardware for more enhanced experience.
