Cisco has been the best video conferencing tool I have used, it has excellent audio compression which is exceptional for making your video conferences, screen sharing has never been so easy, it also allows you to share the remote control, you can take screenshots, live and private chat and allows you to make video calls with more than 2 people. With Cisco you can record your screen, record calls and video calls without any problem and it has third-party integrations such as Microsoft Outlook.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I dislike because it is a truly simple software to work and use, and you can communicate remotely from a computer or Android or iOS phone

If you want an easy-to-use tool at a great price, Cisco is the tool that will facilitate communication with all people no matter where you are.

Having to be in other countries, cities or simply for different topics, you can connect to this meeting from anywhere in the world with a simple connection to the internet and continue with my work as if nothing else, is what I love the most about this platform that Its interface is also good and easy to use, very rafic and quite stable, it is also accessible in prices with respect to companies that acquire its service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Several things that I do not like about Cisco Webex Meetings is its plans, in order to add a person after the limit of the purchased plan you must pay a fee for it, and it is something that I as a user do not like, they should place some Extra users for free, at least the first 2 months of membership to perhaps attract more customers and users willing to use the platform on a regular basis.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We are currently in the midst of pandemics and diseases that often prevent us from meeting to discuss any situation or issue regarding our jobs and this is a very safe option because we avoid direct contact with colleagues, which gives us an advantage to comply with our obligations, even with the limitations that we have, it is one of the best tools that can be found on the internet. It is very profitable to acquire a plan.
