I like it because there is absolute control over all scheduled meetings, we can integrate our Sharepoint online tool where we can easily organize and open files for any meeting, I love the audio and video comments in the meetings, and they are of excellent quality, the best part is that it is available for desktop computers and mobile devices, the chat box also allows you to easily communicate with the whole room or privately with one person, it also offers the features like changing the presenter, creating whiteboards and recording the whole session for future use make it an optimized online conferencing software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have had some issues with updates that can come in on a daily basis and they have to be updated and it takes a long time to update, also sometimes it takes a long time to connect to a meeting and the audio and video sometimes do not sync and the screen goes black.
