The picture quality, audio, and features for sharing content and messaging all work well

Ease of use of the platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

I’ve had difficulties using some extensions through Cisco

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform works well and am unsure of licensing costs. It would be worth seeing price for the value you’re receiving

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

The moderator settings are highly functional and informative when moderating a large audience, for a webinar, a townhall or a conference, both for internal and external participants. This is something that we found lacking in both MS Teams and Zoom Meetings. Although zoom meetings came close. Price was beneficial and in favour of Cisco WebEx

Moderator settings and crowd control

No fucntionality for WebHooks if you are trying to integrate 3rd party notification platforms

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take a test demo or a trial in your own environment and engage multiple teams to see how the product may fit in your company
