What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Cisco Webex Meetings is the most efficient and versatile platform for video conferencing and online meetings. It is highly effective in the management of internal communications, it has very useful functions, such as screen sharing, high definition video and audio, individual and group instant messaging, controls that facilitate meeting management and integrations powerful that further enhance the communication experience. Consequently, workflow is optimized and collaborative work is significantly improved.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a visually pleasing user interface that facilitates interactive user participation. It is very easy to add virtual and custom backgrounds. Screen sharing provides the opportunity to share documents and applications. It has AI to assist the development of meetings with greater fluidity. It has movable panels that can be added at any time and placed where you want on the screen. It integrates very well with applications like Office 365, Salesforce, and others.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sound quality can be improved and mobile app screen sharing is a bit cumbersome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform provides a set of tools that have vastly improved the communication process of our company and the work flow is much more efficient. I recommend its implementation.
