It needs a good internet connection to avoid video or audio lag during conference meetings.

With other programs we always had audio and video problems, but with Cisco WebEx we have improved that a lot. The implementation of this software is one of the best since it is very easy to integrate any product. Although licenses can be a bit pricey, they always deliver what we expect. Thanks to our PRO version, meetings have been made much easier from long to short and simple. We have also been able to share files and project tickets and our clients are happy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The worst thing about this program has always been how expensive its subscriptions are, although in the end it always fulfills all the functions we need. If you want to integrate a product in the quickest way, you have to pay, since with the free version the program always gets complicated or hangs.

It has given us satisfaction from the beginning when other products did not fulfill their functions. It is one of the best online meeting software, so advanced configurations can be made even while online or in a meeting in progress.
