Very easy for me to access Webex from just about anywhere.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the audio crashes on us or is hard for outside company people to access the calls.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

The kind of security that Webex offers is really much stronger than similar platforms, especially when it comes to protecting our data when we share our screen to external or internal stakeholders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The attention tracker tool of Webex is my favourite as it helps me gauge if my team members are switching screens and doing something else during the meeting. Also, the direct PDF, Doc and Video sharing feature is useful while giving marketing and promotional presentations to clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Interface becomes somewhat irritating on slow or unstable Internet connections, and very often it stops responding altogether. Also, the "rooms" feature is not up to the mark.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try purchasing the Webex Business plan first and only when all team members adapt to the usage, shift to Webex Enterprise.

What differentiates Webex Meetings from other similar products?

Excellent for presentations and information sharing. Great for chats and instant messaging.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Brilliant for Presentations and screen sharing capabilities. Also excellent for File Sharing. Very good for Whiteboarding when required. Good clear images with very little latency and audible voice transmission.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is limited in terms of user interfaces. Its not easy to share files for mobile users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A cheaper option than Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Give it a try, there's nothing to lose.
