It is highly secure and usage wise, it is really smooth and almost works fine all the time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Launching is quick and availability is 100% and we have never faced software downtime during business hours.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Webex Recording feature is disabled in our organization since customer is financial where data privacy is of utmost importance. But overall, the product is fantastic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this product for all the customers if their priority is data privacy, availability and ease of usage is very important for customer to consider.
