What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Webex Meetings is its reliability. Even during longer or larger meetings, the connection stays stable, and the audio/video quality holds up well. It gives a sense of confidence that the meeting won’t be disrupted by technical issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Webex Meetings is the user interface, it feels a bit outdated and not as intuitive as other platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Some features are buried in menus, which makes it harder to navigate quickly, especially for new users.
