Cisco Webex Teams is easy to use and this ensures all members of staff are able to communicate efficiently without any hiccups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its efficient and has helped bring our staff together and they are able to communicate efficiently bringing collaboration and teamwork. Has enhanced the way we implement our workflow and our portfolio has grown due to enhanced activity leading to increased growth. Has powered our employees to work remotely and this is crucial in helping us cope with covid-19 crisis ensuring that we do not crowd our offices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes when the internet connection is poor sending and receiving messages with the platform becomes a bit tricky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco Webex Teams is efficient to use and it will empower your staff to collaborate and communicate on time thus enhance the way you implement your workflow.

The difference of Cisco Webex Teams with similar products is the ease that it offers its users to maintain team communication by striving and offering its system to favor work, providing a simple and flexible place where people work together, with easy conversations to follow, clear calls, offers security and simplicity, is beneficial and helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Cisco Webex Teams is that it allows you to work productively with my colleagues, in a simpler, safe and faster way, I love the search history allowing you to easily find what you are looking for in a simple and visual way, conversations flow and allows us to stay coordinated by bringing everything together in one place in a simple way with great channels and functions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cisco Webex Teams is a platform that allows us to stay connected between colleagues, through messaging, voice calls and video calls with a complete service of tools, applications and integrations, it works very well from start to finish, it is very useful and offers us immediate solutions, I have nothing to dislike about this wonderful program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Cisco webex Teams to keep our customers, suppliers and partners informed, working more easily and quickly, communicating easily and making our work effective, it is perfect for organizing calls, search engine to obtain information more easily and quickly, automates routine actions and allows us to increase work flow. I recommend it because it works great.
