What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

Webex is a seamless tool designed for the everyday user. Its very stable and executes flawlessly. Using other tools in the past, I've encountered my system issues, video lags and other factors that affected my overall experience. Simply put, Webex is better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to collaborate with colleagues on a daily basis through chat or video. User interface is extremely easy to use with many features. There is also an ability to create groups and easily orchestrate calls with team members/peers. I also enjoy how it integrates with Outlook such that with a click of a button, I can populate my room into the location field.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I still believe there are a lot of updates that happen with the tool. I have noticed that while certain functionalities are still present, the location of finding them within the UI changes. However, this only impacts me for a few minutes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

WebEx is simple, easy to use and stable. I have rarely encountered any issues with the tool and would recommend it to anyone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

When using the smartphone application, the audio and video can look out of synchronization. In order to watch the displayed content on WebEx from a website, you must install the web app. Additionally, every moment we cycle through the room's attendees, all of the cameras displays must refresh.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
