What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

Cisco Webex It has a wide variety of tools that improve collaboration and facilitate the communicative integration of work teams. It stands out for its ease of access from anywhere and at any time. From the same platform you can access a significant number of integrations that maximize the productivity of the company. It offers the possibility of communicating through chat, sharing documents, among other very useful options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a very intuitive user interface and all the tools required for effective communication and collaboration. The function to transcribe and record work team meetings and upload it to the cloud is very useful. It has a very useful search engine that facilitates access to a specific channel and also the change of current status. Customers or suppliers can be included in the organization's work teams to give more fluidity to operations. It is very versatile, especially due to its ability to integrate with third-party services.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I can mention so far is that it is necessary to have a stable internet connection to fully enjoy its capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform provides a set of versatile tools that generate fluid communication and optimal collaboration. I recommend its implementation.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

The platform offers locked personal room meetings, password-enforced meeting connections and encrypted cloud recordings unlike other options where we everyone can enter with a meeting link

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Host controls and Organizer can control the addition of participants.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Webex consumes a lot of computer memory and slows things down on the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use and well protected. They will inform well ahead in case of the server will be down for a few hours.
