You can use its free version and also a free trial of the paid version if you want to satisfy yourself. It is good from integration to emojis everything is perfect.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is secure most secure and reliable way to communicate for the companies who prior privacy. All your data is end to end encrypted. It has great audio and video quality, screen sharing white boarding, file sharing options and can see up to 25 participants on display at a time. It allow up to 3000 participants which is best to host meeting across the organization. Its connection speed is awesome. You can check is everything working properly before you log in. it is integrated with workspace and outlook sync with calendar and enable you to schedule your meeting easily. You can join a meeting from any device and from anywhere without installing

What do you dislike most about this product?

It work good on mobile app as well but is slow. Screen sharing sometime cause problem and the system may freezes. Meeting cannot be recorded easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex is recommended for its good audio and video quality but for less than 100 participants as the meeting often lags if there are more than 100 participants. So it is not recommended for larger businesses but for smaller one, it is good video chatting platform.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

We use WebEx during intra-team conferences as well as review sessions on marketing plan and technical issues. Due to the Pandemic, our employees were able to engage successfully and inexpensively from any place. Aside from that, we utilize it to speak with our clients trying to handle their business challenges through WebEx.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I particularly love the built-in feature of SIP/IP terminals joining even without an additional license, split meetings, study content transfer to Webex education users, PIN video features, many layouts, and so many more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To improve communication efficiency, I would like the program to have a function for limiting video quality and utilizing less internet activity in large online meetings held outside of the workspace.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Whether you've already used Zoom/Skype and therefore are searching for a more productive conference application with which to engage, I highly suggest Webex Meetings. It offers the best of both services, and its enhanced Webex App beats it in respect of effectiveness and use.

One of my favorite meeting tools is Webex. It is extremely fast and has all of the cool features I require, such as taking notes during sessions, creating pools, Q&A, whiteboards, and much more. Anyone can join in without even having a Webex account, making things quick and easy. Its cross-platform compatibility makes it more adaptable and useful.

Webex meetings are best known for their simple video conferencing, which is delivered in an ever engaging and innovative user experience with highly advanced and professional features. Webex has excellent audio and video for conferences, providing fantastic quality under all conditions. Webex screen sharing is fairly seamless, and sessions can be recorded. I like it because of its simplicity and attractive user interface, which makes things more pleasant and productive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is a fantastic tool, there are a few issues that the Webex team should address. I've discovered that the program can occasionally freeze up during meetings with larger groups. Also, if the meeting host leaves, one of the participants automatically takes over as host with full authority. They should also make it easier to connect to Gmail or other Google services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Webex is well-known for its excellent video and audio calling performance. It also has an instant messaging feature and file sharing. If you are looking for a great tool for your daily business meetings or if you want to hold web conferences with hundreds of people, Webex is a good fit for you. Video conferencing is a breeze, and camera adjustments are second nature. Join the conference rooms as soon as possible.
