What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

WEBEX is a likable app, backed by the CISCO know-how, it is secure and robust, fast and easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Small footprint, launches seamlessly, and runs smoothly. Most important aspect for me is the security that CISCO has implemented.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a bit dry: lacks the aesthetics and is a bit of a connection debit hog.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

WEBEX is a robust, secure, and stable communications software but if you expect the bells and whistles integrated into other software, think again: this is a "straight-to-the-point" application that means business.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

There are other similar solutions in market which provide much better value and performance overall. But I would say this is not too far behind as well. The features provided work seamlessly and their customer support is pretty damn good as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the instant chat option, although it is now available on all other platforms as well. But helps in a virtual event to have that feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lags sometimes and sometimes takes forver to start/load. But most of the times works okay. I just feel it uses more system resources than it should.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am not too impressed by this. If budget is not an issue and performance is what you are looking for, i would suggest to check all other available options as well before going for this.
