Cisco Webex Teams has great unique features that organizes excellent collaboration environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Management of tasks and projects have been easier since we started using Cisco Webex Teams. The product capacity has been performing well in sending text messages and networking across all our teams. It has enhanced teamwork through centralized operation locality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no dislike from the work of this platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I greatly recommend Cisco Webex Teams for effective meetings organization and collaboration among teams.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

It is capable of providing seamless continuity from device to device, and from physical to virtual spaces whereby communication can be switched from desktop to mobile device.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can allow me to implement bots that help to make conferencing and workflow experiences more intuitive. It has a very handy integration functionality whereby I can find everything from message sending to video communication all in one place.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface can use some upgrading.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product it offers very useful collaboration tools.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

It is fully compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and Cisco Webex Calling.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

it can access all of the benefits and features of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Webex Calling while making voice calls from within Cisco Webex Teams. It features an enterprise-class IM engine which supports unlimited group and private messaging and straightforward directory search for finding contacts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its website version is provides a substandard user experience as compared to the app version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product provides a wide range of features that are very helpful and the integration aspect makes it easier to work with the product because there is no need to switch from one app to the other.
