What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

Cisco Webex Teams has the ability to generate effective collaborative work, it has multiple options to keep users communicated. It offers very stable video conferencing in HD, high quality video calls, messaging and a lot of ease to share content. It makes it possible to improve workflow from any device, regardless of its location. You can connect to a meeting from anywhere and at any time, without any complications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a complete platform that is easy to use and very versatile. Facilitates integration with various tools that improve productivity. It's easy to present high-quality videoconferences and easily discuss issues from afar. It allows you to share your desktop or your files, without any complications during a video conference. Its bidirectional whiteboard works in a fluid and dynamic way, it allows you to add ideas that are very useful to express words. It has the useful option of recording meetings and allows you to obtain a transcript of the meeting.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only thing that I think needs to improve so far is that it should be a little more intuitive so that new users can adapt faster to its use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the Cisco Webex Teams implementation for its broad and dynamic communication capabilities. It allows to have an agile virtual collaboration and an efficient communication, in real time and without complications.
