What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

Full integration with existing Cisco voice platform and investment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

can make use of your current CUCM config

What do you dislike most about this product?

current lack of voicemail notification (but it is a planned feature). Still needs to catch up with on prem Jabber.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

integrate with your AD and SSO from day one.

What differentiates Webex Messaging from other similar products?

Webex Teams is a solid solutions with many features and functionality. Competitor (i.e. Microsoft, Slack) have tried to compete with a solution but failed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to Start / Stop and control any of the Webex solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish they would consolidate the hybrid connector to help simplify the implementation process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really consider the Flex Agreement and don't be bluffed by the other competitors marketing material especially in the security and hybrid capabilities.
