What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?
The software system has a particularly user-friendly interface. The layout is extremely easy to navigate and allows even first-time users to induce to speed quickly. The software system is visually appealing and uses the right icons for various headings that make navigation smooth and a breeze. I fancy having the potential to enter new locations at the ease of my phone via the mobile app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may be a configuration mode – however, more autofill of entries from ‘favorites’ would be sensible – i.e. pre-setting an autofill for certain fields across a single claim would save a great deal of time. What differentiates Webexpenses from other similar products?
We not only use web expense to submit personal and company card expenses but also to make official travel plans as a team or individuals. All our staff have access to it together with our account in the finance department. It works wonderfully on mobile for attaching photo receipts. It also helps calculate mileage and expenditure so you can establish on whether to cutback or not.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simple to understand context within Webexpenses. I love how easy it is to submit invoices the field inputs are few. I use it to reimburse any money I spend during official trips. I just take photos of the receipts and upload them to Webexpenses and apply for reimbursement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Finding already uploaded receipts can be confusing at times. Webexpenses also requires you to wait for the previous claim to be approved and paid before entering a new claim.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is the Ideal expense management tool for small to midsized business( not sure how it works in large enterprises).
