It is an old fashion tool .. Configuration Manager and Intune have took its place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The control of the windows device updates .. what else?

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is still need requires to restart its device after major updates (While using modern management.. you dont)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go straight for Intune!

It's hard to dislike a software like this due to the nature of what it's designed for
