What differentiates Wix from other similar products?

Easy to use, customizable to our liking, mobile-friendly, feature-packed, customizable templates and a specialized tool to boost our company profile are just some of its many great qualities. All of these things make it unique and good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wix allows us to create user-friendly and responsive websites, which in turn helps the company increase sales significantly. In our internal implementation, the editor's ability to generate high-quality, professional-looking designs was a great help, and the Wix team's extensive FAQ area was also a lifesaver. They offer us top-notch customer service and also on their website we found a knowledge base, live chat and phone numbers that we managed to use to get in touch with them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There should be more frequent updates, as the platform is known to be slow to issue changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wix stands out for its free, high quality and professionally designed website templates. People who are not familiar with HTML or CSS can use it to create professional-looking websites, which is why it is so popular.
