What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

#1. The UX/UI that even a beginner can easily get used to with WordPress is the uniqueness. #2. Ease of content mamnagement

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being non-computer background personnel, even I can find WordPress as intuitive with a beginner-friendly User interface to create and manage the contents and blog posts, manage the user comments, etc... at ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The website speed loading time takes a bit longer than usual when checked in GTMetrix and Pingdom. However, there are couple of plugins offered by WordPress to optimize your website loading speed and make it SEO friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Must consider the platform for your Content Management and Website Design

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

I've used all the mainstream CMS for building websites since the mid 1990s, and the best for me by a long way is Wordpress. It has evolved beyond recognition from its early days, and continues to do so to this day.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The new Gutenberg editor is coming on leaps and bounds, and is finally a worthy replacement to the original Wordpress editor (now called 'classic').

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is evolving so fast, it's hard for people to find relevant information as it goes out of date so quickly. However, there is in-app help everywhere now, so it's not so bad.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because Wordpress is by far the largest CMS on the internet, security of your Wordpress site is vital. Connecting to Jetpack (another product from the Wordpress makers) is a great way to start with security.
