More capabilities than others given the access to add-on's and widgets from 3rd parties.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customization - you definitely do need a pro to get the full scope of the product though.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Steep learning curve for full program capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend hiring a WordPress wizard to fully utilize and make some amazing sites with this product.

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

WordPress is so much easier to use than other platforms. It is easy to find content on pages and takes much less time to learn.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the interface. When logged into Wordpress, I can know where to find everything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The backend can be extremely slow at times which can be frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are using the other main competitor, you should make the switch. I have and am really happy.
