It's got a massive user base, wil help available from so many avenues for every feature imaginable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Compared to more streamlined solutions, Wordpress offers a LOT of functinality sometimes at the expense of speed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider optimization of your site when using Wordpress. It's functionality is easy to get behind and learn, but make sure to stay on top of all the features and updates.
