What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Its culture. Their mission with open source inspired me though I pay for the product. So I feel I am supporting their mission.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's Gutenberg editor

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes slow. And don't save the drafts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you like to use a robust CMS it's WordPress without doubt +43 % of the websites run on it. No need to reinvent the wheel. Don't make the mistake if creating your own CMS it's waste if time, energy and money. WordPress is THE default CMS of the web.

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

I think its definitely more reliable than the other CMS providers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the easy to use CMS tools and access to DAM

What do you dislike most about this product?

A little bir of update on the user interface would be great to better the experience to go around

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend them to start using wordpress with baby steps.

What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Although wordpress.com does not have shiny ads like wix.com, I firmly believe that its one of the most reliable infrastructures for web.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the embedded SEO extensions&plugins available in the CMS which are making our jobs a lot easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like the fact that some part of this tool is still old and clunky, they need to be improved quite soon.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend them to give more weight to Wordpress.com because for so many years it's in our lives.
