What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

Let me tell you, WordPress.com is like the superhero in our IT department. It swoops in, saves the day, and doesn’t even ask for a coffee break. Need a blog? Bam, done. A fancy microsite for a client? Zap, already live. It’s so simple even our creative team—bless their tech-challenged hearts—can use it without calling me every five minutes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part? The plugins! There’s a plugin for everything. SEO? Handled. Contact forms? Done. Advanced analytics? You bet. The block editor is like playing with LEGOs but for adults—it’s so fun, I almost forget it’s work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

But let’s be real, sometimes the customization is a little… meh.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a super fancy site, you might end up crying in the corner. But hey, for 90% of what we do, it’s golden. I’d say jump in—it’s easy, user-friendly, and IT-approved
