What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

WordPress is Custom CMS Service Provider which makes it different from other Software like Wix, Squarespace, etc. Full Customisation of Website and eCommerce Store. Access to all the files on your hand, unlike other CMS tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1) WordPress allows to set up an eCommerce Store very easily and totally free. 2) WordPress supports tons of themes that provide custom designs and Content Management systems. 3) It allows you to customize your theme on a high level where you can access all the additional features. 4) Plugin Support is an Awesome feature that WordPress provides to every single user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1) As WordPress is a custom platform. So, Sometimes it is very difficult to understand for a person who is from a non-IT industry. 2) Plugins are free but to access all the features you need to upgrade the plugin by paying to Plugin Vendor. 3) Not all free plugins are trustworthy. Sometimes they messed up your website. 4) Upgrading WordPress is a little bit messy task for a normal user. 5) WordPress is an open-source platform. So, your website can be hacked at any time if you are not using a secure server and SSL certificate.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

WordPress does have some cons but it is still a very good platform to start your website and an eCommerce store. So, I will definitely recommend WordPress to people.
