What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

The ability to develop my own plugin and themes to create good looking websites without relying on the third party and how easily the solution integrates with custom codes to add the code in the footer like for live chat

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Has more themes and the themes can be updated automatically. I like the cost of the Wordpress which is free to use and, the support from the larger community of users that voluntarily provides technical support on any issue

What do you dislike most about this product?

WordPress requires technical knowldge to maintain the solution since can have security threats and. Backing up the websites in the Wordress takes more space on the server and is very technical and slow

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can easily build the website even with no technical knowledge
