What differentiates WordPress.com from other similar products?

It's an industry-standard product, so there's a lot of support available from online forums and other resources.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has the capability of producing well-designed websites, even though that usually requires custom implementation and a UX team, which not every organization has access to.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I hate how there are all these "widgets" that you have to edit separately from the page where they appear. I want to be able to edit everything on a page at the same time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'm not sure.
