What differentiates Workato from other similar products?

Workato organizes the data from API requests and APP operations quite neatly. Workato is really useful for mapping data for various integrations. After a contract is closed in our CRM, our ERP system instantly creates new customers and deals with full product prices and details.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workato to enable our company to sell more, faster Bridging the gap between software that does not get along. The main benefit that we get is saving employees hours and hours of administrative work so they can get back to doing their jobs. I adore the real-time event-based triggers that are one of its most valuable features. This is the best feature of Workato.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I also dislike the error handling ability; as many times the error does not display anything and we cannot see the underlying HTTP request. The costs are a little unclear (price per recipe and a given integration may require numerous recipes), however, most platforms don't have a clear structure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ease of use and out-of-the-box connectors allow us to construct processes quickly without having to work on the connection. If you also want the same, it will be the perfect tool for you. Workato is an excellent option due to its price and features.
