I'ts attractive for candidates and employees feel comfortable using it

Sometimes time is lost when workday glitches, when a flow is not followed correctly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To give it a try, and to be mindful about training, there should be an owner in the company for it's implementation, better if there is more than an owner.

What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
The fact that you can manage the entire recruitment process from job postings to offer letters in one system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Workday genuinely makes my work as a recruiter so easy. The functions are all unified in the platform. I can also automate the repetitive tasks like scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was such an uphill task migrating our data from our previous hcm to Workday but they offered a helping hand
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Workday is a beast when it comes to the major hr functions. I definitely recommend it.
