What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Workday is more than just ATS. It provides support for the entire candidate lifecycle, from application to hiring to onboarding and beyond.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The company is innovative, and their UI is very easy to use. Compared to legacy vendors, they are much better and more intuitive.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Training is expensive. Cost is per person. Some of the training examples are not realistic. And the tool provides better support for some industries over others.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You should always do price comparisons and consider what your company/field needs. If you're looking for a full HCM solution, Workday may be a good fit. If you don't need all the bells and whistles, there are many other alternative solutions out there.

What differentiates Workday Talent Management from other similar products?
Their integration with Job boards all around the globe makes it way better than it’s competitors. Also the presence they have in the US market is the best for Recruiters looking for candidates there.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Their integration with job boards in LATAM, US and APAC, plus the amazing mobile app they have. Gives you access to all your candidates on the go.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price is quite expensive if you want to promote your job post amount different job boards online.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you’re looking to hire amazing candidates in the US market and want a ATS that the biggest IT companies use, Workday is here for you.
