It also allows the administration of traders and manual workers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Analytical functions is my favourite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The uploaded documents are hard to search.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I used this product for tracking traders contracts. This was good for international projects.

Fantastic product and Great Features

What differentiates WorkForce Suite from other similar products?
There isn't much difference between this and other similar software but I can say this one is affordable and capable as other pricey tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is probably the fact that WorkForce Software is easy to use. I also like the ease of customization and thanks to a great UI. I also like that the tool makes it easy to manage the team and ensure productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I cannot really think of any flaws regarding WorkForce Software functionality.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With WorkForce Software, it has been perfection redefined and it has helped us almost double productivity. For this, I recommend it.

Easy to Use at a Great Price!

What differentiates WorkForce Suite from other similar products?
WorkForce is really simple and easy, from implementation to user experience. No real impressive bells and whistles, but that's a good thing. Users don't get confused, training was very straight forward, and user adoption was painless. Prior to WorkForce we had a homegrown system. It was easy to use, but lacked reports and business rules. WorkForce has made our lives much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how simple it is to use. Whether using it on a desktop browser or mobile device, users are able to quickly record their time, request vacation days, and select different accounting streams, depending on the work they're doing. This is all accomplished on the UI, which is very intuitive. It couldn't be more simple to use. That's by far the best thing about WorkForce.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting isn't as simple to navigate. We have employees that are hitting several accounting streams each day, and it would be great to get a report that could show that information. I think this has something to do with the table structure, but I'm not sure. All I know is that there's missing information on my reports, and in some cases I have to run reports manually and bring them into an Excel file to really get my reporting accomplished. Not ideal.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you spend considerable time on your business rules, accounting policies, and cross check everything with HR! The most difficult configuration revolved around employment policies and laws in California, but the WorkForce team was instrumental in helping us understand how to navigate these in the system. Rely on their expertise and make sure they act like business partners with you as you groom your requirements log.
