Their customer service is great. Also, they continually update the software to better suit their customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use is my favorite aspect. Most people would be able to figure out how to navigate the software after a brief introduction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I believe the phone could use some more customer feedback.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try the product out, talk to the sales team, and schedule a video chat to showcase the features.
