It is a seamless app that gives me all the info I need!

I like how you can use the Workiz number to contact clients instead of using your own personal phone
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not like how Workiz doesn’t give live updates on the app. You must close the app and reopen to see if anything has changed
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out. You won’t be disappointed

when converting from a lead to a job, if you forget to change the schedule first it will send a notice to the customer for the original date

Support; always push you to articles. Need a Client Representative who owns our account and can do anything to make us successful. Also, the West coast time zone is not good, limited to get support - lots of phone tag.
