What differentiates WorkRamp LMS from other similar products?

We have only used WorkRamp as an LMS and we are very happy with our choice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the reporting and "watching" features. Getting notified every morning on where everyone is on their training and getting notified once someone completes a training course.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like a little more customization, and a copy and paste when creating trainings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to use, easy to navigate, customer service is quick, helpful, and very attentive.

What differentiates WorkRamp LMS from other similar products?

We find the tools do a great job of "set it and forget it". To the point once you configure everything that's needed you're able to leave it alone with minimal involvement needed e.g adding different AD groups to be captured. I like this fact compared to more heavily administered tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I've had a pleasant time with support which for me is always ideal when working with a tool. I hope they continue the great and friendly support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only real complaint is the documentation can be somewhat outdated such as for creating an Azure Ent App and sync this is more down to Microsoft constantly changing their own GUI.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool for start-up companies looking to upskill their staff, pleasant and easy for your implementation team and those looking after it post-implementation.
