What differentiates WorkTango from other similar products?
Very easy for employees to issue rewards to their coworkers, as well as earn their own rewards through posted company incentives.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
If the incentives posted by the company drive the desired activiity, both the end employee and management end up happy with their engagement. It's up to the deploying team to decide how best to use the tool to incent their staff though.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing to dislike about it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As mentioned above, think about what actions you're trying to drive from your employee base and create smart, desired incentive levels around those. If meaningful rewards are tough to achieve, or the incentives created don't apply directly to the success of the org, it doesn't make sense.

Thanks to its incredible functions we can simplify all our objectives so that each employee can observe the impact that all their work generates, it allows us to create recognition and create rewards for our employees, this is excellent so that each employee feels more committed and creates a greater productivity at work, Kazoo helps create conversations between employees and managers to keep everyone connected and on the same page, allows us to create a better workflow using surveys and improving not only communications but also collaborations throughout our organization.

the best tool to create connections alone with employees, it is a platform that allows you to create better motivation with all your employees, for the creation of a better workflow and to maximize productivity in our organization, through Kazoo you can create communications remote regardless of where your employees are, it really is a tool that helps create unified communications, provides us with key objectives and results to increase performance in our organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Kazoo is one of the best tools not only to create better communications, but also helps promote greater productivity in our organization, through incentives and recognition that reward the good behavior of our employees and prepares them to obtain better results, really. This is a feature that helps us to be successful in our company, due to this I do not have any function that should be improved, it has many necessary tools for large and small organizations.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a tool that without hesitation I would recommend for large organizations that seek to increase productivity and create a better workflow, it allows to create better performance using objectives and key results, better feedback to manage all the performance of our company and employees, both Incentives, such as recognition, help create better productivity in the company, and help each employee feel satisfied.

A super helpful tool to show someone they are doing a good job. Great for employee recognition, okay for goals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The employee recognition portion is fantastic - if I was scoring on this alone, I would have given 5's. It's easy to recognize employees and also earn rewards, give team members points, etc."\
What do you dislike most about this product?
Disappointed with analytics. There have been improvements, but reports are not intuitive or customizable
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall it is a good tool, not much recommendations I have.
