Wrike's flowchart displays all activities and includes a comment and recommendation section for each task, making it an excellent communication tool.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike gives us a pretty good alternative for the management of our operations being able to adapt to any area of our company that is involved in the projects that are being handled, due to its high usability we can integrate the ideas, emails, times and developments of our projects in one place to be seen by all our employees who are working on it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The centralization of all tasks allows us to manage all the information and know who is behind each stage of the project and its progress day by day, this allows greater control of the processes that are carried out to carry out the ideas. The fact of the central work center gives us the possibility that everyone can collaborate on projects and give new ideas to continue with the development of these. Gantt charts are a great advantage when making decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The speed of the service is slowed down sometimes and we still do not know the causes since we use good equipment and good internet connection, support has not given an answer about this yet. The integrations should be easier to use because sometimes it can be desperate not to be able to achieve the goal when using them, can be improved. Some training is required as the learning curve is not that good, however, with a little time you can adapt perfectly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike helps us greatly to organize and manage our work plans, its functionality is quite good and except for certain details we can say that the tool is a great advantage after installed in the company, its price is a little high, but it is worth seeing how the projects are carried over time where it is clearly perceived an increase in our overall productivity. Employees feel comfortable and satisfied with the tool, it is used every day.
