What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike is designed to equip any team with the exact tools they need including customized dashboards, workflows, request forms, and more. The ability to create tasks, prioritize important projects and create custom workflow is what sets Wrike apart.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interactive Gantt charts that Wrike provides helps you visualize plans and progress. You can create dependencies and use a simple drag-and-drop interface. We also use Kanban boards to visualize progress at each stage and assign tasks by due dates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not have any dislikes about the product itself, but I do think Wrike can provide more hands-on support and recommendations for clients on how to best use the technology.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are a lot of project management solutions in the market. Interview at least 5 companies and narrow your choice down to the top 2-3. We think Wrike's overall versatility, ability to customize workflows, and value for the price is what sets the company apart.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike has presented us with the best flowchart in the market, it is present in all the activities and we always have a channel open with the clients for recommendations and comments in case there are any last minute changes. Wrike has been essential to make our work easier and to be able to have a better graphical user interface.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike has been 100/100 with us, it is the best tool we have acquired this year and it is indispensable in almost all work departments, especially digital marketing and sales. We were able to achieve the change in the request processes in the spreadsheets, synchronized with Excel and other similar programs that we have on our server. We were also able to deliver tasks as detailed as possible, lowering our workload to almost 0.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is not much to highlight in this section with Wrike since almost everything is perfect, at least in my area, although sometimes the visits can present problems and it is complicated to modify them. If a delivery date and time is set they can also be complicated to modify and we don't advance fast enough in these projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike is for companies that bill clients on an hourly basis and has various hourly rates depending on the task being performed. It allows each employee to enter their own time and expense, and also allows their supervisor to see the time/expense entered before billing the client. The flexibility to enter time/rates on a desktop, laptop or cell phone is a nice feature. Customer service can take a while to respond at times, although they have been faster lately, so I think they are working to improve that.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Ability to see what I need, in the fastest and easiest format for the task at hand. It offers multiple views (chart, gantt, calendar, list, kanban, etc.) that support multiple work styles. Ability to effectively manage projects that have multiple dependencies and track all of them in a single ticket.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows my team to manage projects and monitor our clients' emails through a calendar. Simplifies request/project management on a single platform. Save time by keeping projects on track. Budget management. Resource allocation and management. Ability to add custom details at the task/project level.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Steep learning curve. Chrome extension could be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike is perfect for a marketing team or a team that manages many different projects. The spaces facilitate the differentiation between each team. It's a really solid product, so I definitely recommend teams spend time learning Wrike.
