Collaboration Software That Really Works

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike is an excellent tool for teamwork. Using Wrike, we've been able to streamline our processes and consistently deliver innovative projects on time. Perfect for developing promotional materials and keeping the team on track with due dates. It's easy to make a mistake with so many options and the interface isn't great if you're not familiar with the platform, so I wouldn't recommend using it for approvals with anybody outside of the core team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike facilitates our group's collaboration on marketing materials despite our members' physical locations spread throughout the country. I may check to see whether other users have evaluated a product and read their feedback. We can also alert one another to anything by sending out messages. It's an excellent method for gathering input from a wide range of people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As more and more projects are created, the user interface might get crowded. Hours of work must be divided proportionally among all team members. Color coding might be an option for task cards displayed in board view.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have been using Wrike for a variety of purposes for several years. Using Wrike, we were able to move our Change Request process from paper-based spreadsheets to digitally-driven, easily-reportable Wrike task lists. All updates could be made in one place, and everyone could see what was open and when it was due.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Unique Features
  • Efficient Service
  • Saves Time

"Wow, this is a fantastic product."

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike is better than other programs because it's more affordable, and it's a full-featured program.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Themes of color, user friendliness as an end user, simplicity of scheduling, the ability to "block off" days when I am not in the office, and flexibility are some of the things "to accomplish today."

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to set aside a half-day might be perplexing at first, but given the complexity of the program, this is to be expected. Would appreciate the option of collapsing overdue, or at least being able to do so automatically.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a powerful and versatile tool that I strongly suggest. As a result, it has become my favorite PM tool.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product

Wrike has transformed our teamwork

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike is a helpful tool for organizing the marketing department's output, including web pages, print materials, and design deliverables. Managing several projects at once necessitates the use of this platform due to its ability to provide us with blueprints, Gantt charts, automation, and forms. In order to handle the influx of requests from other divisions, I've developed a number of forms that generate tasks or projects on the fly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike's dependency-setting features keep projects moving automatically, saving the project manager time that would otherwise be spent notifying each assignee that it is safe to move on with a particular job. It's possible for us to be so productive and responsive because everyone on the team can see every project going on at any one time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Teams should agree on what kinds of notifications are absolutely necessary for effective collaboration. We discovered that notifications are less effective when just daily reports are enabled and at-mentions are muted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Wrike has given us the ability to divide our workload into agile sprints by creating a folder for each sprint and labeling each project with a unique tag. The dashboard we set up to track sprint priorities has proven to be a valuable resource for managing both the team and the project.

Pros

  • Reliable
  • Enables Productivity
