Overall, I'm a big fan of this particular product. It has made it much easier for us to organize, arrange, and allocate projects to our team, and it has really aided our efforts to become more organized in the process. Lists are a wonderful touch, and the layout is clean and easy. To create a task, just select the appropriate recipient (either yourself or someone else), provide the necessary details (such as dates and priority), attach files and links, format text in your task description, and organize tasks into folders. What do you dislike most about this product?

Several elements that would make this a fantastic product have been left out, and whenever I've called support, they've just tried to upsell us to a different level plan that hasn't resolved our current issue at all. What's amusing about this is that it will happily remind you when someone has given a job to you... but it will not notify you if you assign a task to someone and they mark it completed. It will wait until all of the subtasks have been completed before informing you that the task has been completed after a specified amount of time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I was always meeting hurdles to implementation due to limits of capabilities after exploring a number of other platforms before being exposed to Wrike. All of these restrictions were removed after switching to Wrike since you may customize the out-of-the-box solution via good implementation and solution design.

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

We may work with our teammates by assigning them multiple tasks and monitoring their progress. A tool aids us in being organized so that we may be extra competent and achieve our goals

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to see most of the company's in-house and freelance staff workloads has always been a big benefit of using Wrike. We could recruit the correct personnel for a task without overwhelming them so that we can record and manage their time directly in the database to obtain real-time projected costs for our finances.

The price has risen year after year, making it difficult because we must conduct yearly comparative analytical assessments against alternative platforms.

Wrike offers a very clear and straight forward layout of projects, tasks and owners. I really resonated with this product and felt it was easy to implement.

I love the reporting options. I often need to give status updates on progress and found that Wrike gave me the intuitive reports and visualizations to make fully capture the status of each project in motion.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. I think building momentum for others to adopt the platform was the greatest challenge.

If you have a lot of irons in the fire, Wrike would be a great option to explore. I would highly recommend it!
