What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

In our personal experience with this tool, I find it quite effective for organizations with a large proportion of employees located in different areas, where campaign information can be difficult to obtain. It's effective when you're trying to juggle several different projects at the same time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I liked most about this tool was the speed with which it can be launched, even with a very immediate use to solve the needs of an entire creative team in my organization. I was able to implement the tool and do quite complex workflow automation in a short period of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As we are using this product, we didn't find any flaws in it because it is flexible and there are different ways to view projects/tasks depending on how users like to see things. Examples such as a list, a Gantt chart, a table or dashboards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can recommend this product ourselves because it has the function of tracking different types of tasks and jobs, as well as the function of tasks through other applications.

I just like the task assignments, collaboration, alert emails, and above all Wrike analytics. I additionally like the fact that you’ll produce a custom flow for tasks. The folders will get confusing and sharing a master folder with individuals doesn’t share the sub-folders, which means you have got to manually share every subfolder that they can see all details. The dashboard feature can get confusing unless you have training. I’d recommend is that if there was a way to integrate even more platforms while not employing a third party like Zapier. I’d like to see them integrate with Marketo for example.

It has every necessary tool for you to manage big projects. You can add tasks give them to co-workers. It is also very comfortable to use as it enables easy file sharing.Also it enables good integration with other application

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not user-friendly. It is really hard to learn how to use Wrike. Learning curve is terrible. Once you learn it it is easy to use and you can get your benefits but it takes a lot of time to get used to Wrike. Also sometimes it feels that you are wasting your time in Wrike as there are numerous discussions that are simply pointless but you have to read all that crap.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have big projects which require many participants I think that Wrike is a good choice for you.
