To Plan and Manage Projects using Wrike

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

We experimented with several other tools, but Wrike proved to be the most useful for facilitating effective project management and teamwork.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike allows our team to be consistent and transparent, and I couldn't be happier with it. Keeping track of everything required too many spreadsheets and manila folders, which frequently went missing, sending employees on fruitless searches across the workplace. We now have real-time visibility into the status of every project thanks to Wrike.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The transition to Wrike New Experience has not gone well for all of my team members. After struggling with the shift for a while, I can now appreciate the benefits and understand why Wrike made the decisions it did. Since we started using Wrike in 2019, I've witnessed steady advancements, which gives me hope for the future.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Managing a project requires a lot of time spent keying in information manually. The lack of widespread support within the team has made progress slow. Microsoft Project and Excel continue to be the project management software of choice. This creates issues for reporting, as Wrike only keeps track of and reports on data that is entered into the platform. Wrike's finest features can only serve the team if everyone on the team regularly uses the product.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

Wrike, as a project management software, has solved the challenges we had previously, such as the delay in each daily work or the inability to organize the ideas provided adequately, and we began utilizing this tool. Wrike was the hub of our collaboration, and our scheduling methods and task operation flexibility have improved significantly since this solution was introduced to our firm. This program allows you to examine all tasks given to a single user across all projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike is incredibly simple to use; it's quite intuitive, and it comes with interactive tutorials that show you how to use it. The user interface is pretty beautiful. The wrike coverage is excellent and colorful, allowing viewers to assess the effectiveness of each endeavor. Wrike has a feature called project tree that we love because it allows us to organize our work without any annoying complications; it is exactly what we were looking for when we purchased this product, as we also like the mobile app that allows us to run and access it from anywhere and the cloud backup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Outlook update delays are always present; I believed it was a device issue, but it turned out to be a generic flaw. There have also been some setbacks in the interface with other tools; nevertheless, this has not created any difficulties or delays; my team understands how to fix any discomfort; the key thing is to carry on the job and our projects using the benefits and features that Wrike provides.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Project management may be difficult and time-consuming if you don't have the correct tool for the job. I can confidently tell that for anyone who wants and needs their organization to handle a huge number of projects, this platform is the one, with several options to acquire them all at once.

Pros

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Enables Productivity

Easy to increase the productivity with Wrike

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

The most effective platform for management control is Wrike. Wrike is the only work management system a business will ever require to scale, optimize, and move quickly in a competitive environment thanks to its unequaled power, versatility, and intuitiveness. Its briefings and dashboards give stakeholders transparency into project expectations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I adore how Wrike allows us to be consistent and open with our staff. To keep records of all of our jobs, we used too many charts and manila folders, which frequently went missing and required workers to search the office for the lost files. We can now easily check the status of every job since implementing Wrike.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of a dark option, the inability to assign tasks to dummy accounts or role types for users who lack access or are not yet users, the inability to view projects on the kanban board instead of just tasks, and the dearth of UI themes are all things we don't like.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We utilize Wrike to help with work assignment and organization, prioritization, and scheduling milestones that are then broken down to each department's personnel. Whether it includes the cooperation of several various departments or just one, it also ensures that deadlines are met.
