What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

There are other ways to visualize the projects, including timelines and charts, which can help communicate timetables to interested parties and spot bottlenecks. Multiple groups can work together at once. As the project manager and resource manager, you will always be able to keep track of the status of the projects you are working on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is simple to assign tasks and establish deadlines, and it is simple to link tasks together as dependent tasks. It lets stakeholders check in on project activities frequently and ask assignees for updates. On massive, multi-week, or month-long projects, clicking "complete" might assist in establishing a sense of progress. Files can be shared with data or outcomes from multiple tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Almost everything requires multiple clicks, and the views could be more intuitive. Because it is too sophisticated for typical users, it is very challenging to gain team adoption. Additionally, the customer service was subpar. Additionally, I've witnessed community requests for features including the most obvious feature which is the ability to transform a task into a project—wholly ignored.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Editing the setup and dashboard layout enables me to operate with this software more quickly because I know where all of my tools are. It has many features and is a valuable collaboration tool for our internal teams. Time management is simple and entirely appropriate at the task level—too many beautiful qualities to mention here.

Excellent project management platform.

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

It promotes openness and makes our department run more effectively. I enjoy how tasks may be nestled inside folders to help us manage and prioritize our workload. Wrike also provides us with greater visibility than ever before because we can log in and see all of our projects in one location. Much of our work necessitates the participation and oversight of colleagues both inside and beyond the department. We were able to communicate and store project notes in one location by sharing tasks in Wrike.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wrike makes it simple to create projects and tasks, assign them to the appropriate people, and collaborate on initiatives. Wrike has been really helpful in coordinating team tasks. From asset submission to approval, we appreciate how simple the entire process is. I enjoy how Wrike makes everyone's projects visible to them. From early drafts to final assets, you can readily observe how projects are evolving, as well as input from team members along the way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only complaint I have is the volume of emails you receive from Wrike, which might block your inbox at times. Fortunately, this may be set to be less frequent. It also takes some getting used to various approval processes, such as uploading files for review, replacing them with alternative versions and so on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an excellent resource if you want to manage your projects and assist your team engage and function more digitally. It's ideal for working with several users and is simple to learn how to build projects and reports.

Fantastic project management software!

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Wrike from other similar products?

It differentiates itself from other project management tools with its emphasis on collaboration and real-time communication. It includes features such as team calendars, Gantt charts, and the ability to assign tasks and track progress in a centralized location, which are features that every team needs. Additionally, unlike its competitors, Wrike offers a range of integrations with other popular tools such as Google Drive, Slack, and Adobe Creative Cloud. This allows teams to easily manage all aspects of their workflow within a single platform which makes it an ideal product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For our team having a centralized task management has been a major time saver, and the ability to share files and use integrations to save even more time has been exceptional for productivity. It also has a very intuitive and easy to learn user interface which is why it's so easy to integrate to your own business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is hardly anything to dislike about the product, but not having budget management option is a bit of a downside(at least for purposes of our team). But it constantly improves which is what makes it so great. And also it may not work very well for very large teams, though with that I have no personal experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think its an ideal product for teams of 10-50 people, it saves a lot of time and enables much productivity. If you are looking for a project and task management software, you have to give Wrike a try. It has 14 day free trial, which I would suggest taking advantage of, and exploring all of the features and integrations that it offers. But on the other side it could be a little pricey for a team as a whole, though I think it's definitely worth it.
