What differentiates Xerox DocuShare from other similar products?

accessibility for any technology minded user to create their own content rules, or approval workflows

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the speed of searches and the ability to create custom search filters is one of my favourite aspects of DocuShare. Another aspect to note is the open API that our developers are using to customise the product to integrate seamlessly with other line of business applications

What do you dislike most about this product?

storage pricing for anything other than usual document file types needs to be more flexible to allow adoption with architects and designers

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

contact a experienced DocuShare partner and arrange a demo or ask for a trial to see how is to adopt as the document management application
