Very streamlined product, not too much time needed after onboarding a business

The ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the past few months, we have seen many of our contacts leave the company and we don't know who to contact. Seems the personal touch has gone and we now have to submit tickets for issues rather than reaching out to our customer success manager.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be aware that you will sometimes need to contact the partners, Google, Yelp, etc, directly as issues arise.
