What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?

It is used to transfer records from Salesforce to Asana and vice versa. The advantages are as follows: users on both systems require fewer licenses. Salesforce users remain in Salesforce, while Asana users remain on Asana; both receive instant changes. It saves project managers a lot of time searching for information and going back and forth. They may concentrate on finishing the assignment rather than acquiring information. With our own zapier and Facebook sync-based solution, we can automate email marketing, sync with invoice issuing, and exceed Facebook AI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It integrates with a plethora of apps via its API, requires no technical knowledge, and is simple to train and delegate to team members. I can quickly edit the fields in Salesforce, and Asana will instantly update. The same is true for Salesforce and Asana. I also enjoy the flexibility to remove separate parts within the same Asana project, the ability to search for and change data, the ability to filter records, and the ability to defer some zaps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are certain components that I dislike since they take a long time throughout the test: the logs do not pick up the most recent updates, despite the fact that it claims to. This is especially true if we have a large number of zaps on the same account. If your data between Asana and Salesforce does not match, Zap will indicate that one of the stages is broken and needs to be rectified. This is ineffective because the zap is still operational. That is, luckily, a good thing. Furthermore, because its pricing is based on the amount of activities, it is not the cheapest solution for the scalability of huge operations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You must first consider procedures, but it must be highly nimble. Cheap-scale operations are also required; you cannot automate operations with millions of activities at a low cost. Zapier may be used to instantly update or produce new records from one platform to another. We've used it to connect Asana and Salesforce, as well as Airtable and Salesforce. It is simple to set up and use. There are various issues with the user experience or restrictions of the product, such as picklist fields and their values being difficult to alter. Searching for test logs or searching for projects may be enhanced. Others that need to link it with their CRM.

- Availability of a wide range of popular apps. - They offer free version for small & start up companies

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- The error alerts / notifications that Zapier shows when something is not working probably - Save a lot of time and effort / resources for all the manual daily tasks

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Expensive - The learning curve is too slow - It takes time to figure out how to do a specific integration correctly, as what's required or figuring out what could be the problem occured for the errors. - Wish there were more tips, onboarding or ongoing support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zapier is your go for tool if you create many campaigns and work with different tools, will save you hours. You can highly depend on Zapier,

What differentiates Zapier from other similar products?

Consolidating the amount of manual work, we undertake is the issue that Zapier helps us with. We just need to check one location because Zapier makes a line entry into Google Sheets when an answer is logged in our video interviewing program. It is really beneficial to us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I adore the variety of apps Zapier can link to. Almost every application that my business utilizes has a pretty simple automation feature. Additionally, it's quite simple to convey to our clients that Zapier is simple for them to use if they wish to automate an activity. It was a terrific experience overall, and we learned a lot from it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For what it offers, the paid plan is somewhat pricey. There are better, more effective, less expensive options available. It's a little challenging to use the multi-step activity. If the actions could be added to a list and carried out all at once, that would be excellent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Zapier user interface is unparalleled. The necessary trigger or action can be found right away. The best tool is this one. I highly recommend it to you because it provides leads and is a great company.
