What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

What Zoho provides is the different features you can use for CRM. It’s really complete and can be syncronized with other softwares

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Maybe the fact that CRM is really complete.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not intuitive at all. Had some time to really understand how everything was related.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can give it a try, mostly if your list of clients and potential clients is 1000+ - Zoho can storage a significant amount of information and can be sync with other softwares you may use

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

Zoho campaigns is unique with the reports that it provides. List based segmentation of user emails can be done which can be viewed in the reports as well. Also, we can schedule emails based on the time zone of the users at one go which is awesome

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite part of Zoho Campaigns is the simplicity with which I can import email data as well as email templates. Wide variety of default templates are also available which is very good.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I cannot think of any major dislike with Zoho campaigns

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Businesses who want to connect with their clients and automate certain aspects of email communication must definitely consider Zoho campaigns
