analyze email performance, suggest send times, and optimize subject lines and SMS marketing, social media posting, and survey distribution

What do you dislike most about this product?

making it harder to create highly customized designs. and it requires time and effort to set up, especially for beginners.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

t syncs contacts, automates workflows, and tracks engagement natively. and heck integration compatibility first, as Zoho’s external integrations are not as smooth.
