Its affordable and easy to deploy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its vast range of features and campaign scheduling feature helps us calendarize our content buckets for email blasts

What do you dislike most about this product?

Too many features can make the UI a bit complex until you get a hang of it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for Zoho if you are cost cautious or if you are looking to execute more complex workflow campaigns, you can always compare with some of the top available platforms

What differentiates Zoho Campaigns from other similar products?

Zoho Campaign have their pre designed emails which are really eye catching and helpful enabling us to design beautiful and sophisticated emails. It also helps us to send automated response to various emails thus saving our time which we can invest in some other project. They provide us real time results of us

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho campaigns help us to connect with our recipient through our every email by using their interactive elements like polls and surveys. They have advanced email automation that help us to auto mate workflows and drip series to deliver targeted and consistent messages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They need to add more customization options especially for the footer. Sometimes their system suddenly slows down which lags so they need to improve their system. They need to add feature that enable us to build complex nurture campaigns as they lack this feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Campaign have simplified email automation which is easy to build and use and make it highly recommended. Also, the integration becomes easy with the Zoho CRM.
