What differentiates Zoho Cliq from other similar products?

It is unique among other programs because it provides additional functions in addition to those that are essential. The call quality for both voice and video, as well as for group conversations, is excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Over the course of more than two years, we have found Zoho Cliq to be incredibly useful. The ease of use and compatibility with other Zoho applications boost its attractiveness. It is possible to begin a Zoho video/audio meeting, take notes throughout the meeting, and have those notes show up as a chat in Cliq. You may set up reminders and appointments, and you'll receive push notifications and emails about them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Schedulers are a helpful component that can be found in Zoho cliq. They are highly helpful for performing a variety of jobs that require repetition. However, putting one together can be a fairly challenging endeavor.Additionally, we have received a couple of complaints from users regarding the fact that they are not receiving push notifications on the mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because it is so simple to operate, the program comes highly recommended by me. Simple to put into action. I've used it for a number of years, and there have been no major issues.

Zoho Cliq enhance customer relations as it allows sending bulk short messages to keep customers updated on new product and change of prices and advertisement to reach a wider market

Zoho Cliq allows to send bulk sms with just a click on the link
